[Telepathy] [empathy] favorite chatrooms

there are some problems in the favorite room code:
1) when I join any room, "conversation->favorite chatroom" is enabled
by default. I think it should be disabled by default.
2) when I toggle "conversation->favorite chatroom" chatrooms.xml must
be immediately saved
3) currently the only way to save a favorite chatroom is to go to
"room->manage favorites" and tick and then untick "auto connect".
