This will be fixed in the next release; the build system was a bit wrong,
resulting in a man page being omitted if the tarball was built by someone
without gconf development headers (which only recently became possible).

A workaround is to download
http://git.collabora.co.uk/?p=telepathy-mission-control.git;a=blob_plain;f=util/mc-account-convert.1
as util/mc-account-convert.1.
