As I understand it, the implementation of XEP-0079 is mostly meant to
be server-side. Telepathy-gabble sends messages with AMP informations to
contacts for tube offers as per XEP-0079. But I don't think the
discovery of the server is done (section 2.1.1), and it may be not
necessary to do that discovery. Correct me if I am wrong.
