[Telepathy] Extending Jokosher's Telepathy Support

I'm really interested in learning about VoIP and related stuff and I'm
already having an exposure to VoIP in my implant training.
So i like to involve in "Extending Jokosher's Telepathy Support" project .
Please send me related areas that i should study in additional to the
resources given.
