[Telepathy] Telepathy - SIP account seems not working

I have creates an account on siptel.org ans only use the "I have an account" option when I start empathy. I'm succeed to use it for IM.

Did you restart your session after having installed telepathy-sofiasip?
Sometimes D-Bus and/or mission-control fails to see the new service once
installed.
