Damn, i thought i'll get the point without digging. Ok, i have problem:
empathy need more CPU power as my netbook can give. Athom N280 @
1,66GHz. For cheese bug i did a lot of test and found it need about 17%
CPU to encode 320x240 at 5fps with theora. Do h263 need so match power?
