[Telepathy] [PROBLEM] telepathy - VoIP - Gstreamer

All,

I have a question related to Voice over IP based on telepathy/empathy solution.

Currently I'm trying to enable a VoIP call using empathy - telepathy - SIP - Gstreamer.

By default nothing is installed on my system.

I have installed 
- empathy and all dependencies
- farsigth
- telepathy + farsigth/sip plugin
- sofiaSIP stack
- Gstreamer (already installed)
- Gst-plugins : good, base, farsigth.


But I'm still not able to create the valve element to enable audio over IP.

I have an error returned : Failed to create the valve element.

(I'm newbie) - What is the "valve" element ?
Is anyone can help me on that issue ? 
Perhaps I miss a plugin package ? I have seen on some thread that there is a plugin-bad which could be need in addition on gst-good and gst-farsigth.

Anyone can help ?

I think I'm close to succeed as when I'm trying to communication with my remote system (the one I try to enable VoIP) using my Ubunutu laptop, I can invite the distant (alerting works) but when my system accept the call, it failed because is not be able to create the valve element.
