[Telepathy] Issue on VoIP establishment on Using empathy/telepathy

On MeeGo I use empathy 2.30.1, telepathy-sofiasip-0.6.3

My server is OfficeSIP under windows

Empathy is only configure with username and proxy to access to SIP server.

Keep alive option of empathy is in automatic and transport set to UDP. Other settings are the default one

Which ubuntu version of telepathy-sofiasip? you probably want to use at
least 0.6.2-1ubuntu1 or 0.6.3, i'm not sure which version is available
in MeeGo.

If you have a new enough sofiasip then there is most likely a network
issues, to be able to help with that i'd need some details of your
network, the SIP provider you're using, how empathy is setup and ideally
a log from sofiasip with the raw SIP messages
