[Telepathy] A couple of issues

Hi guys,

I'm currently using Empathy 2.28.1.1. The contact list still doesn't 
save it's location when closed. Also, not all conversations open in the 
same window, and they have a very random behavior.

Also, is it possible to put the tabs on the left of the conversation window?
