[Telepathy] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-fargo 0.1.1

telepathy-fargo is a gateway between XMPP and other protocols. It can
currently gateway VoIP calls between XMPP and SIP; the goal is that
in future it will gateway presence, text messages and VoIP between XMPP and
any protocol that has a Telepathy connection manager.

Features:

* Add a simple GUI for registration with a gateway (this requires
  telepathy-gabble 0.9.4, compiled with plugin support)

* Improve the regression test coverage

Fixes:

* fd.o#26270: avoid signalling to the other side that a call has been accepted
  by the SIP or XMPP user until it actually has

* fd.o#26282: use a valid reason code for call termination

* Fix some memory leaks (for best results, dbus-python 0.83.1 is recommended)
