[Telepathy] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-fargo 0.1.2

telepathy-fargo is a gateway between XMPP and other protocols. It can
currently gateway VoIP calls between XMPP and SIP; the goal is that
in future it will gateway presence, text messages and VoIP between XMPP and
any protocol that has a Telepathy connection manager.

Enhancements:

* Log a message if an unregistered user comes online

* Improve documentation

Fixes:

* Add a watchdog timer to terminate the gatewaying process if it locks up for
  10 seconds, to mitigate a deadlock somewhere (probably dbus-python-related?)
  which sometimes happens under heavy load
