TEL entries always scare me a bit, because in the end every succesful VOIP
protocol will have some kind of POTS gatewaying. And it tends to be a quite
dynamic thing (Although you could define it for specific SIP services you know
always do forwarding), e.g. for XMPP you need to define what's your gateway

Any circuit design must contain at least one part which is obsolete, two parts
which are unobtainable, and three parts which are still under development.
