TEL entries always scare me a bit, because in the end every succesful VOIP
protocol will have some kind of POTS gatewaying. And it tends to be a quite
dynamic thing (Although you could define it for specific SIP services you know
always do forwarding), e.g. for XMPP you need to define what's your gateway
service.
