• telepathy-haze lives in git at 
<http://git.collabora.co.uk/?p=telepathy-haze.git;a=summary>;
• the QQ implementation lives in libpurple 
<http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/UsingPidginMonotone>.

If Pidgin doesn't support group chats on QQ yet, you'll have to 
implement them in prpl-qq in libpurple first. Then, you could implement 
group chats in Haze using the libpurple API!
