[Telepathy] video chat not working (Ubuntu 9.10, Gtalk)

Can you please try to install the development release of empathy from the
telepathy ppa
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:telepathy/ppa ;sudo apt-get update ;sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade and reboot then try to make the call.
