The "everyone loves magical re-entrancy" stable release.

Mission Control is an account manager and channel dispatcher for the Telepathy
framework, allowing user interfaces and other clients to share connections to
real-time communication services without conflicting. It implements the
AccountManager and ChannelDispatcher D-Bus APIs defined by telepathy-spec.

Fixes:

* don't assume that data structures borrowed from a TpConnectionManager remain
valid after re-entering the main loop, which can cause a segfault on startup
  (smcv)

* fix a memory leak in Claim() (fledermaus)

* fix a failure to check for NULL, and a couple of potential leaks, in mc-tool
  (fledermaus)
