[Telepathy] How to access the ContactList channel after enabling an Account?

Dear Telepathy Experts,

We have setup basic functions of contact list(presence), text chat, voice
call and video call with Telepathy-Gabble in our environment.
Now we are re-architecting the code to include Mission Control 5 for
managing accounts during which we are faced with an issue.

Our understanding is that a ContactList channel is created after an account
is enabled.
How can we access this channel?

Further, we find the following Warning statement in the Reference Manual for
usage of tp_cli_connection_callback_for_list_channels().
tp_cli_connection_callback_for_list_channels is deprecated and should not be
used in newly-written code. Use the Requests.Channels property instead.
If you have any comments on how we can use Requests.Channels it will be very
helpful.
