[Telepathy] About proxy support

Daniel,

Support for proxies will appear in GLib 2.26 and will enable proxy
support in telepathy-glib based connection managers: gabble, haze, etc.

Butterfly has gained libproxy support.

Proxy configuration is done through the standard GNOME proxy
configuration dialog.
