New stable API:

• Add a FileTransfer.URI property which can be used to tell other
  Telepathy clients about the location of the transferred
  file. (fdo#32434, cassidy)

Changes to unstable API:

• Move the Packetization property from Call.Content to
  Call.Content.Interface.Media (sjoerd)
