The issue was with the name of the RTP and RTCP components for video
streams when using Google's p2p transport rather than standard raw UDP
or ICE. Gabble reimplements this transport, and back when we added video
support using this transport we named the components 'rtp' and 'rtcp'.
libjingle, however' calls them 'video_rtp' and 'video_rtcp'.

So unless someone intends to document how gtalk-p2p works, I don't think
this needs to go into any spec: their implementation complies (or will
comply—it currently omits creator='' from contents, but this will be
fixed) with all the specs it implements. :)
