[Telepathy] Automatic configuration through gnome-online-accounts

Heya,

I was looking into what was necessary for:

to be implemented.

Currently, the "Mail" provider of gnome-online-accounts gives out a few 
properties:
http://people.freedesktop.org/~david/goa-20110512/GoaBackendImapMail.html
which makes it possible for Evolution (or other mail clients) to auto-configure 
those accounts.

What information should the Chat part of gnome-online-accounts give out for 
Mission Control (or any other parts of Telepathy which I don't really understand 
how they all fit together ;) to auto-configure IM accounts?

In short, let me know against what I should be filing a bug :)
