telepathy-qt4 is a Qt 4 C++ binding for the Telepathy real-time 
communication framework, which can be used to implement user interfaces,
loggers and other Telepathy components.

Enhancements:
 * Added Connection::FeatureConnected to help applications that only
   care about connected connections. Setting this feature on the
   ConnectionFactory used will make sure all connections signalled by
   the library are connected.

Fixes:
 * Ensure FeatureRoster is ready before setting ContactManager state to
   success.
