[Telepathy] Proxy of interface org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Authentication.TLSCertificate

Hi,

Does anyone use the telepathy glib proxy of interface "
org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Authentication.TLSCertificate<http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/Authentication_TLS_Certificate.html>"?
I don't find the proxy implementation of it in telepathy-glib, and I checked
Empathy and found Empathy creates the proxy itself. Can anybody give me a
hint where to get it, or I have to create the proxy myself?
