Fixes:

• No longer crashes on startup if an Ytstenut service is running.
  (fd.o#42706, jonathan)

• Hopefully no longer crashes in somewhat unknown Sugar-related
  circumstances. (fd.o#32050, wjt)

• Contacts with subscription='none' and a locally-pending subscription
  request are no longer hidden from the contact list. This works around
  another “flickering” bug with the Google Talk server. (fd.o#40518,
  Marco & Cosimo)

• The capabilities.h and caps-channel-manager.h headers are now
  distributed and installed correctly. (Alban)
