Hello everyone,

Work is being done to port all our telepathy modules to latest version
of Call1 spec. To make development easier, base classes for CM-side and
high-level API for client-side have been introduced into telepathy-glib
instead of the experimental telepathy-yell module.

All the code is now available in 'call1' branches in relevant modules:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/telepathy/telepathy-glib/log/?h=call1
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/telepathy/telepathy-gabble/log/?h=call1
http://git.gnome.org/browse/empathy/log/?h=call1

telepathy-farstream, telepathy-logger and telepathy-rakia branches
should appear later.

Since development is now calming down and enters a more bug-fix phase,
we would like to keep those canonical call1 branches in ready-to-merge
state, meaning any merge should be reviewed first.

The plan is to merge those call1 branches and mark spec stable at once
in all modules, and then drop support for StreamedMedia/Call.DRAFT from
empathy and gnome-shell. Hopefully in time for GNOME 3.4 freezes.

Of course testing, feedback and patches are welcome.

Regards,
Xavier Claessens.
