[Telepathy] Authorizing new buddies

Thanks for the pointer.  Unfortunately, I'm stuck on
telepathy-glib-17.7, and upgrading to 19 seems a bit over the top at
the moment.  Hopefully I can use the new function as a map and get to
where I need to go.  Thanks for the pointer.

That seems a bit easier than what I was looking at with TpContactSearch.
