[Telepathy] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-farstream 0.5.0

This is the first release of an hopefully very short unstable branch.

The main change is that it now uses Farstream 0.2 which mean GStreamer 1.0.

Changes:
- Port to GStreamer 1.0 and Farstream 0.2
- Set RemoteContact when accepting & updating media descriptions
