This is the release candidate for the future 0.20.0 stable release.

Enhancements:

• Add tp_vardict_get_uint32() etc., analogous to tp_asv_get_uint32()
etc. (Xavier)

• tp_channel_dispatch_operation_get_channels() is now introspected (fd.o
#55102, Simon)

• Add tp_vardict_get_*() helper functions to lookup values in a GVariant
of type %G_VARIANT_TYPE_VARDICT (Xavier)

• Add tp_variant_convert() and tp_variant_type_classify() to manipulate
and convert GVariant (Xavier)

A bunch of GVariant oriented API have been added as an alternative of
their
GValue equivalent:
