Enhancements:

• TpProtocol gained API to access to its immutable properties as a
  GVariant. (fd.o #55108, Guillaume)

• TpCallStream and TpCallContent now inherit the factory from their

• fix a memory leak when cleaning up TpProxy "prepare" requests
