[Telepathy] account wizard appearance

I've created my own connection manager with two parameters, account and
password

When I try to create a SIP account with the telepathy-rakia CM, I notice
the "Add new account" form has prompts "What is your SIP login ID?" and
"What is your SIP account passsword?"

When I try to create a SIP account with my own CM, the labels just say
"Account" and "Password"

Why is this different?  All the other CMs appear to have a more verbose
version of the form.

When I first ran my CM, I noticed that clicking the "Add" button would
not do anything, the form just remained on the screen and the account
was not added.  I think this problem was resolved by restarting the
mission-control-5 process.  Is that expected?  Is there anything else I
need to do when running my own CM from the command line in development?
