[Telepathy] telepathy-gabble MUC rooms and aliases

Hi all!

I've used Telepathy for a long time, but I'm just starting to get
curious about addressing one of the bugs I've been encountering:

joining room

>From my debugging over the past couple of evenings, it looks to me
like a race between fetching the remote roster, and initiating the MUC
auto-joins.

If I prepared a patch, is there any chance of it getting reviewed and
applied?  And any pointers welcome. :)
