Right now uim is requring all of m17n-db installed at the build time to get
symlinks for a dozen images created. which is used for the icon. however this
prevents to get another icon without rebuilding if it's provided as the package
and m17n-db contains new languages. when new one is available on the system, it
should be applied without rebuilding uim.
