I don't think it is needed to disable these input method by default. Instead,
how about showing pop-up message like "Caveat. All the request to Social IME
server is not encrypted through the internet." upon creation of the input
context using uim-notify, and make user to select whether or not to show these
pop-ups (enabled by default)?
Iwata-san, what do you think?
