Done though uim_toolbar_trayicon_new() (helper/toolbar-common-gtk.c) must be
rewritten because gtk_rc_parse_string() is called and this RC function doesn't
have any effect in GTK+ 3.

I can't fix this because I didn't take part in the past discussion on the
implementation of the GTK+ 2 immodule and don't know the reason need_im_reset
is set to TRUE here.
