[Uim] UIM should always keep the status of IM engine in one application

Hi,

Do you know Kasumi?
Kasumi is a dictionary managament tool for Anthy.
You can add new words (words and  pronunciations) by Kasumi.

Get it and install it:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.jp/kasumi/12382/kasumi-0.6.tar.gz

I have a problem:
$ kasumi
Choose the "word" box
Press shift+space
Type new words in Kanji
Choose the "pronunciation" box
=> UIM will turn off IM engine.
=> You need to press shift+space again.

I think that is strange.
UIM should always keep the status of IM engine in one application.
