Yes. I think it's sensible to support concept of 'command oriented key`.
At least, some Japanese PDAs actually have command oriented keys
like 'turn on Japanese`, 'next candidate`, `convert to kana` so on.

I think YamaKen-san is going to investigage this issule later.
