Please mind some little things.

- use 'uim' instead of 'UIM' or 'Uim'
- use the term 'bridge' instead of 'frontend'
- remove duplicated topics from our another wiki
  http://anthy.sourceforge.jp/cgi-bin/hikien/hiki.cgi
- remove outdated descriptions from any pages (including Japanese wiki)

I think that we should completely remove the another English wiki.
