[Uim] UIM bug that makes scim-setup segfault with scim-uim installed?

Althoug it is already fixed in our repository and 
uim-1.0.0-{alpha,beta},
the bug seems re-appears with uim-0.4.9.1 on Debian sid.  It was once 
resolved in 0.4.7-3.

Omote-san, why don't you apply the patch to slib.c if
you use --enable-debug with 0.4.9.1 for Debian?
