[Uim] Suggestion: im-label-name

IMHO the existence of uim_get_im_human_readable_name doesn't mean
im-name is not human readable.

I guessed what you mean by the word label, and noticed that why I'm
uncomfortable with label-name. If I'm according to your words, we should
use uim_get_im_label or uim_get_im_name_label, not _label_name. Since
label_name is suggestive of 'name of label'.

As described above, I can allow uim_get_im_label or
uim_get_im_name_label. But IMHO human_readable_name is better. How about
uim_get_im_name_for_display?
