Ah, I 've gotten it. I had misread what you said.

Probably you had also set skk-use-with-vi? and others in ~/.uim.
~/.uim overrides ~/.uim.d/customs/*.

I think that we should warn existence of ~/.uim on startup of
uim-pref. How do you think about it?
