[Uim] uim 0.4.7.1 released

uim 0.4.7.1 is released.

This is a bug fix release of 0.4.7 final. If you are using uim-xim
without Xft, you should upgrade to this version. If not, you need not to
upgrade to this version.

 - Fixed a crash bug when apply button of uim-pref is pressed.
     This bug appears only when you are using uim-xim without Xft.
     If you enabled uim-xim-use-xft-font?, you would not meet this bug.

 - Fixed cannot input from helper process.

 - A minor bug fix.

 - A minor bug fix.
