[Uim] What should be included in uim 0.4.8

Now, I want to decide our release schedule for 0.4.8 as follows:

Jun 16: alpha1
Jun 20: beta1
Jun 23: final

Maybe it'a difficult to release alpha1 on Jun 16, because I'll be in
Hokkaido on that day. If I can find internet connection, I'll release
from Hokkaido. If I cannot, please wait further several days.
