I have a friend who some times writes e-mail in Korean. He had to 
install the Korean 2-beol-sik input method for Windows on every machine 
he wanted to use. Fortunately he remembered the layout. I can't be 
bothered to learn it, though, which is why I made romaja.scm. :D

I know you didn't ask me, but I would have to agree with you. All 
Koreans probably know the 2-beol-sik layout well already, and can type 
faster with that one.
