[Uim] uim.el

Do you want to use uim even on your Emacs? uim.el would be suitable for
such purpose.

uim.el is a bridge between Emacs and uim, written by Konosuke Watanabe.

Because official site of uim.el is written in Japanese only, I wrote a
simple introduction page for uim.el. This software is vety new, but I
think it is already useful.
