[Uim] anthy-7100(b) released!

I am happy to announce release of anthy-7100b, stable version
of anthy, Japanese conversion engine. anthy can be used with uim,
scim m17nlib and some other frontends.

(This time anthy-7100 had compilation problem in some architecture)

*Many new words were added especially name of places and zipcode.

*Implemented reverse conversion and prediction.
