[Uim] Status report

Hi,

I'd like to announce some new features of uim in our svn repository.

As you know, we've merged uim-byeoru Hangul input suit last week (thanks
Jae-hyeon).

And this week, Konosuke Watanabe's uim-el (uim bridge for Emacs [1]) is
also merged into our repository, and uim-mana [2] (yet another Japanese
input method) is added today.

These new features will be released in 1.0 version of uim as YamaKen  
noted.
