[Uim] Renaming of filenames

I suggest uim-internal.h since:

1. 'int' involves misrecognition such as 'integer'
2. Other files are still remaining uim-foo.[hc] style names

To change naming convention from uim-foo.[hc] to uimfoo.[hc], it
should be performed to all files at a time as a part of grand
renaming.
