[Uim] uim-fep trouble on slackware

Did you really disable XIM or QT_IM_MODULE with konsole to check if
uim-fep really work on it?

I've just tried jfbterm 0.4.7 on Fedora Core, and uim-fep works with
uim-anthy without any problem on ja_JP.UTF-8 environment.
