It is known bug about combination with icewm's systray area.  Some of
systray implementations (like icewm's) have a fixed width for one
systray icon, so the problem occurs with these notification area.

AFAIK, GNOME and latest XFCE don't have these fixed width limit, so
they work fine with uim-toolbar-systray-gtk.  I think it is easy to
patch icewm's systray not to use fixed width.
