[VDPAU] Error message when opening Kodi 18.5.1 from the terminal - libvdpau_va_gl.so

Hi , 

This doesn't seem to be libvdpau issue but 
missing libvdpau_va_gl.so from the package.
can you try installing 
libvdpau_va_gl.so (VDPAU driver with VA-API/OpenGL backend)
https://github.com/i-rinat/libvdpau-va-gl 

libvdpau is the dependency for libvdpau_va_gl.so you can check on 
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/libvdpau-va-gl/
