[VDPAU] [PATCH 0/2] Add Trace support for VP9 and HEVC Rxt Profiles

Support for VDPAU accelerated VP9,HEVC 444 decoding were added with
libvdpau-1.2, 1.3, and version 1.4 added support for 10/12 bit decode.
corresponding trace support is being added with this change.
